Reviews and Ratings
The hotel has rooms that are not so clean, and the bathrooms are small, but there's a big and splendid bathroom with a shower. However, being next to a street with car headlights shining in at night can be bothersome. The service was okay, with some staff members being really friendly, especially Nickolas, Giorgio, and Rita. The location, although aged, has great potential if cleaned up, and it's surrounded by lovely vegetation. The dining experience offers natural juice and is acceptable. The facilities are decent but could use some improvement.
My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms had a nice view overlooking the pool and countryside, but they were not as clean as I would have liked, and the bathrooms were quite small. The historical part of the next buildings added a unique touch to the style of the hotel. The service was decent overall, but it didn't necessarily show excellent customer service. However, staff members like Nickolas, Giorgio, and Rita were really friendly and very helpful. The location was lovely, surrounded by great vegetation and near Lago di Garda, providing an awesome and helpful environment. The potential of the hotel could be enhanced with some cleanup and repainting. The dining experience was tasty with a lot of choices, especially in desserts and sparkling wine. The facilities were satisfactory but could use some improvements. The price was fair considering the value offered.
I had a pleasant stay at the hotel. The room, although initially seeming a bit on the surface, turned out to be quite good after we addressed our concerns. The service was mixed; some staff were very helpful while others lacked politeness. The location, surrounded by lush vegetation with a fantastic view from the terrace, has great potential with some maintenance needed. The dining experience was excellent with delicious desserts and sparkling wine.
The hotel is located in a charming village uphill, making it cooler than at the lake, with beautiful surrounding nature near Lago di Garda. The rooms and historical building style are a bit affected by the headlights from the street at night, but the breakfast is very good and the terrace offers a fantastic view.
The hotel had a big and splendid bathroom and shower, but the curtains wouldn't close, making it extremely bright from sunrise. Fortunately, it wasn't next to a street, so no car headlights shining in. The rooms were comfortable overall, boasting modern amenities.
